The swimming pools and the community of people 😊

What could be improved: Everyone and everything was great

Madison from Australia (March 5, 2025)

Great amenities, friendly staff, clean. We were near the main road and weren't bothered by noise. We've stayed twice, once with our dog and will be staying every time we come to Mackay

What could be improved: We had 2 cockroaches in the room, but they had left Bug spray. The bunk beds were foam and not the most comfy, wouldn't be good for an adult

Monique from Australia (January 27, 2025)

Great facilities for kids. Room well located to pool. Great pet friendly option with enclosed patio. Vacuum provided in room.

What could be improved: Kitchen clean up was a struggle. No chux and cheap quality dishwashing liquid. Kids had to make their own beds on arrival

Kristen from Australia (January 26, 2025)

7/10

Very clean, comfy beds and nice and quiet. My kids loved the pool and the big jumping pillow.

What could be improved: The shower wasn’t great. We either had hot boiling water or freezing water. No matter how much you fiddled with the taps.

Toni from Australia (January 15, 2025)

Extremely clean.

What could be improved: Nothing, it was what was to be expected for the price point.

Great little space with all the facilities we needed. Loved having a table to sit at outside. The staff member who checked us in was lovely and recommended a great dinner spot where we could take our dog.

What could be improved: Bathroom a little small but not too bad

Amber from Australia (December 20, 2024)

Great location for family with young kids. Lots of kid friendly activities. Close to town.

Nicole from Australia (December 20, 2024)

easy check-in for late arrives and the staff were very friendly.

What could be improved: water pressure wasn’t great in the shower but other than that nothing.
