Cosy and very comfortable bungalow for our small family and an excellent price. Loved how there were 2 separate bedrooms, very compact but perfect. Very easy check in and out, got a text message to collect the key with security code as we were late checking in. Very easy to find the room as well as it was clearly marked for us on the map with the key. Would definitely stay again.

What could be improved: The shower temperature was a bit inconsistent going too hot then cold but not a big issue really.

For the price compared to other accommodation I was pleasantly surprised how comfortable and the amount of amenities in the standard unit was surprising too. A good place to stay near the airport where we needed to catch a plane on the second morning.

What could be improved: It would have been handy if the near local IGA was open (think it was closed permanently) for picking up a few groceries.... couldn't see any other shops around town. But that's not the fault of the Discovery Park!

The accommodation was comfortable and clean.

What could be improved: Advice to shop before arriving. The IGA mini mart shelves were empty.

The location was very convenient, being close to Launceston and also it is partly on its way to Devonport which was our ultimate destination. We have often used it as an overnight stay having landed in Launceston around 8.30-9.00 at night. We then have a short drive to Hadspen, a good night sleep and then we are refreshed for our drive to Devonport.

What could be improved: We are generally happy with the accomodation. However we occasionally find ourselves in one of the older rooms, however as this rarely happens it is not really an issue for us. The area around Hadspen and its river is very pretty particularly on a frosty morning.
