Kids running around, people firing up barbecues, that whole communal holiday atmosphere. If you’re looking for somewhere sleek and anonymous, this isn’t it. But if you want somewhere that feels relaxed and unpretentious, where you can actually chat with other travelers and get real recommendations, it’s spot on. The amenities are solid without being fancy – good hot showers, decent kitchen facilities if you’re self-catering, and enough space that you’re not on top of each other. I mean, for a 4-star rating, they deliver what they promise.
