39 Woodland Walk

HOTEL OVERVIEW
You know what? When I first pulled up to 39 Woodland Walk, I honestly wasn’t sure what to expect – the address made it sound like someone’s holiday caravan, but this place is actually something quite special tucked away in Pevensey Bay Holiday Park. Don’t let the holiday park location fool you though; this isn’t your typical static caravan situation. It’s more like a boutique hideaway that someone with really good taste decided to create in an unexpected spot.
The thing about staying here is that you get this weird perfect balance of privacy and accessibility. I mean, you’re technically in a holiday park (which sounds a bit naff, I know), but 39 Woodland Walk feels completely separate from all that. The interiors are genuinely stylish – none of that generic hotel furniture you see everywhere. Everything feels considered, from the lighting to the way they’ve arranged the space. And honestly, the attention to detail is what you’d expect from a much more expensive boutique hotel. The 9.4 rating makes total sense once you’re actually there.
What really works about this place is the location, though most people probably don’t realize how brilliant it is until they arrive. Pevensey Bay is one of those spots that locals know about but tourists often miss – you’re literally a few minutes’ walk from a proper beach (not the pebbly nonsense you get in some Sussex coastal spots), and Pevensey Castle is right there if you’re into that sort of thing. The village itself is quiet without being dead, if you know what I mean. There’s a decent pub within walking distance, and you can actually get to Eastbourne in about ten minutes by car when you want proper shops and restaurants. Parking is never an issue here either, which anyone who’s tried to park in Brighton on a summer weekend will appreciate. The whole setup just works – you get that seaside holiday feeling without the crowds and inflated prices of the bigger resorts. It’s the kind of place you’d bring someone you actually like, not just somewhere you’d book because it was cheap or convenient.

Very neat and cozy place. I was positively surprised by the cleanliness! I won't find a speck of dust there in the darkest shade. Even the blanket was fragrant and freshly washed. There is everything you need to cook a meal, including spices! There are not enough stars to reflect the actual condition of this caravan! Each person was entitled...
