Check-in was smooth even when we arrived during that afternoon rush when half the hotel seems to be checking out and the other half checking in. The restaurant situation is… well, it’s buffet-style like most all-inclusives, but they rotate things enough that you’re not eating the same grilled chicken every night. It’s the kind of place where you can actually relax without having to manage a dozen little annoyances, and for an 8.5 rating, that feels about right.
