The location was perfect. There was a lake that we could walk to and use the kayaks or boats. The office had a tiny store with helpful items and a library with DVDs and books. We stayed in one of the houses and loved it. The comfortable bed and high ceilings were particularly enjoyable. The house overall was very cozy, and the amenities were great. The kitchen was well-equipped with anything you might need. The surrounding area was beautiful, offering opportunities for walks to the lake. We especially enjoyed the terrace with the grill. Additionally, we appreciated the option to do laundry. Also, just FYI, there are a lot of cats around, so if you don't like them, be prepared – we loved hanging out with them, so it was a positive for us :)
