Helen from Australia (November 26, 2024)

position is great, staff very helpful and let us have a later check-out for an unexpected work Zoom to take place 💛

What could be improved: the chalet shower was erratic in temperature; we found a couple of grubby handles and some debris under the couch. it's a chalet, not a building, and is old... so we felt the price was too high

Maree from Australia (August 19, 2024)

9/10

Closeness to the dog beach and being able to bring our dog. The dog wash was terrific also.

What could be improved: The wifi was patchy

Sam from Australia (August 6, 2024)

7/10

Well equipped & comfortable.

What could be improved: Carpets could have done with a clean/refresh but everything else was great

Gavin from Australia (July 24, 2024)

9/10

What could be improved: A small dining table inside the cabin would have been good -- for eating when it was too cold outside and for using a notebook computer connected to a power outlet.

Jolie from Australia (July 23, 2024)

9/10

We love the glamping tents.

What could be improved: Under the beds and other places need a vacuum. Getting left behind with the cleaning.

Jeanette from Australia (July 21, 2024)

The location
It was quiet
It was clean
Air conditioning was great

What could be improved: Plumbing needs attention in kitchen and bathroom.
Needs a paint job
Steps safety strips need replacing

Alice from New Zealand (July 6, 2024)

8/10

It was clean and tidy and had everything I needed.

What could be improved: My bed on the bunk was very squishy, I am an adult though so maybe it was more for children. But the mattress compressed and I could feel the wood below. My parents had a great sleep though in the double bed.

Glenn from Australia (May 1, 2024)

Lovely glamping tents

What could be improved: Minor maintenance required on tent components and the site’s driveways , bitumen needs repair

Brenda from Australia (April 17, 2024)

9/10

It was very spacious and in close proximity to facilities

What could be improved: The amenities block was too close

Debi from Australia (October 27, 2023)

8/10

The service at reception and being close to the beach, Lake Ainsworth and the surf club (where the wedding reception was held and our reason for travelling to Lennox Head this time)

What could be improved: The road to our cabin, in particular, the straight stretch just west of the reception area had quite a few rather large potholes.
