The place sits right where the pine-covered hills actually meet the Aegean, and I mean literally meet it, not like those hotels that claim waterfront views when you need binoculars to spot the sea.
The resort has that solid five-star feel without being stuffy about it. Check-in was smooth (they had my room ready even though I showed up at like 11 AM), and the staff genuinely seemed to know the area — not just the rehearsed tourist spots but actual local gems. The grounds are pretty sprawling, which is great because even when it’s busy in July and August, you can find quiet corners. I spent most mornings on their main terrace with Turkish coffee, watching the boats head out from Kusadasi harbor in the distance. The pool area gets lively around midday, but if you’re more of a beach person, their private stretch is maybe a three-minute walk down a stone path. The sand isn’t the powdery white stuff you see in brochures, but it’s clean and the water stays surprisingly clear even with kids splashing around.
What I really appreciated was how they handle the whole resort experience — there’s plenty to do if you want it (decent spa, multiple restaurants, evening entertainment that doesn’t feel forced), but they’re not constantly trying to sell you excursions or upsell everything. The main restaurant does a solid job with both Turkish and international dishes, though honestly, you’d be crazy not to venture into Kusadasi town at least once for dinner. It’s maybe a 15-minute drive, and the hotel can arrange transport, but having a rental car makes everything easier — parking at the resort is free and actually spacious. Room-wise, I had one of their sea-view suites and the balcony was definitely worth the upgrade. You can hear the water at night, which is either relaxing or slightly annoying depending on how light a sleeper you are. The AC works well (crucial for summer visits), and the bathroom was modern without trying too hard to be trendy. Look, an 8.0 rating feels about right — it’s a really solid choice that delivers what it promises without any major surprises, good or bad. If you’re looking for that perfect balance between resort amenities and authentic Turkish coastal vibes, this place gets it right.

Good location to Selcuk and first time we had tried all inclusive. Food options were a la carte which was great and food was good. Breakfast was limited due to time of year but tasted ok. Beds were comfortable and rooms were dark and quiet.

The territory of this hotel complex is huge and beautiful. There are at least 4-5 beaches, with various options, from piers to sand beaches for kids. There are lots of trees, flowers, and nature there is amazing.

It was our first trip to Turkey. We didnt know what to expect and were pleasantly thrilled. - We took a large club room for family of 4. It was spacious with good views as soon as we go out. Room facilities are not luxurious and a bit worn out, but the purpose of the room is not to stay in the room, so its ok. 😉 - Food choices are very diverse...

We stayed in early October and booked two rooms in the main building and club room a bit far from everything. The room in the admin building was good with a sea view. What we loved in this hotel was the amazing view, lovely sea and especially the concept of meal (not a buffet style) in all bars.
