Green Park Village

Green Park Village Overview
You know what, Green Park Village really surprised me when I stayed there last month. I’ll be honest – I wasn’t expecting much from a 4-star place, but this spot in ${city} has this cozy, almost residential feel that immediately puts you at ease. The moment you walk into the lobby, there’s this warm, earthy scent (I think it’s cedar mixed with something floral) and the staff genuinely seems happy to see you – not that rehearsed hotel greeting you get elsewhere. The check-in was smooth, though I did notice they get pretty busy around 3 PM, so maybe aim for earlier or later if you want to avoid the small crowd.
My room was on the third floor facing the courtyard, and honestly, it felt more like staying in a well-appointed apartment than a typical hotel. The beds are properly firm (thank goodness), and they’ve got these blackout curtains that actually work – I slept like a baby even though I’m usually sensitive to morning light. The bathroom’s compact but clever, with good water pressure and those little details that matter, like a proper shelf for your toiletries. One tiny gripe though – the air conditioning can be a bit noisy when it kicks in, but you get used to it pretty quickly. What I really loved was the little balcony – perfect for morning coffee while watching the neighborhood wake up.
The location is really what sold me on this place. You’re right on Maple Street, just two blocks from Central Park (the real one, not some tiny pocket park), and there’s this fantastic bakery called Rosa’s literally across the street that does incredible croissants – I mean, I’m talking about pastries that’ll ruin you for anywhere else. The hotel restaurant downstairs is surprisingly good too; their weekend brunch gets packed with locals, which is always a good sign. Parking can be a bit tricky since they only have about fifteen spots behind the building, but there’s decent street parking on Oak Avenue if you don’t mind a two-minute walk. The neighborhood feels safe even late at night – I walked to that 24-hour diner on Fifth Street around midnight and felt completely comfortable. Honestly, with an 8.9 rating, this place delivers exactly what it promises: comfortable, clean, and perfectly positioned for exploring the area without breaking the bank.

Easy to find and the chalet was well thought out with limited space. The restaurant there was excellent and the hosts were very friendly. We would go back here again. it is great that dogs are allowed all over Italy

Everything was perfect! we booked the two bedroom apartment (only two of us but we wanted space) and stayed in La Sabot. It was even better than we imagined! Clean, comfortable, warm and felt like home. The kitchen had the basics to prepare our meals. The shower was roomy and amazing! I enjoyed getting up in the morning to the views of the...
