Crystal Flora Beach Resort – Ultimate All Inclusive

We spent 6 nights at the hotel in September and were very satisfied. The grounds were beautifully landscaped, green, well-maintained, and clean. The room met our expectations. The water slides were fantastic, and we also enjoyed the yoga sessions and evening shows. The food was generally good, and I was particularly happy when fresh figs were available.

The staff was friendly and attentive. There was a bit of confusion during check-in, especially since we arrived late at night. However, the next day, managers Ibrahim and Melissa helped resolve the issue and, as a kind gesture, offered us a complimentary stay in beach cabanas, which we greatly appreciated. Melissa was especially helpful, quickly assisting us with a range of requests, including restaurant bookings, adjusting our reservation for a birthday celebration, and arranging three different transfers.

We would also like to thank the spa team and the lifeguards at the water slides for their excellent service and friendly attitude.

The resort is very well run. The first thing you notice is that it is very well staffed in all areas from restaurants & bars , residential areas and beaches. Staff are also quick and efficient at clearing up and keeping things tidy. The beach area is obviously well used but there are plenty of deckchairs both on the piers and the beach. People do go early to reserve so I would recommend to have a look before breakfast to avoid any dissappointment..The residential part is well organised in blocks of 10-15 contained rooms on 3 floors in a wooded area with pine trees for shade , all with 5 minutes of the main restaurant-bars and beach areas. There is one big restaurant , one big pool bar and a beach bar on the front as well as an "à la carte" option where you have a possibility for a meal - but think to book immediately on arrival as it does get fully booked. Restaurant food is fine , with a lot of fruit and vegetables and desserts with different meat options as well; of course the food is similar each day, but the risk is to eat too much ! There are pool slides and water areas for children but we didnt try any of it, We went in October so children were mostly very young at this period - no groups of teenagers at this time !

I appreciated that the beach, swimming pool, and aqua park were all conveniently located near each other. The entrance to the sea was smooth and ideal for children. The food was varied and fresh, with plenty of Turkish dishes that I really enjoyed. The poolside bar also had great options for my kids, like hamburgers, pizza, and pasta. Additionally, they offered some dinners at a separate restaurant, which made for a romantic setting.

The room was cleaned daily, and the towels were replaced, a service that not many hotels provide these days. The staff were always friendly and helpful. Before the trip, someone from the hotel contacted me and assisted with any questions or needs throughout the entire vacation. I didn’t catch his name, but I’m very grateful for their kindness.

Our stay at this hotel was simply amazing! The location is perfect, with a clean, beautiful sea just steps away. The food was delicious, offering a wide variety of options to suit all tastes, ensuring that everyone found something they loved.

The hotel offers a wide range of activities throughout the day, keeping us entertained and making our holiday truly enjoyable. Whether you want to relax or stay active, there’s something for everyone.

A special thanks goes to the spa center manager, Goshia, for ensuring our stay was both relaxing and memorable. The Thai massage, sauna, and Turkish hamam were absolutely perfect for unwinding and recharging during the holiday. The entire spa team provided top-notch service.

Another standout was Ibrahim, the guest relations manager. He was always available to help, quickly addressing any questions or issues we had, making our experience stress-free and unforgettable. Also not to forget about the animation team! Great people who knows how to make the time in Turkey enjoyable!

Overall, this hotel offers a wonderful mix of great location, excellent facilities, and outstanding service from its dedicated staff. Highly recommended!
