So I’ll be honest – when I first pulled up to the Akka Antedon, I wasn’t sure what to expect. It’s tucked away in Beldibi, which is this quieter stretch between Antalya and Kemer that most people just drive through without stopping. But you know what? That’s actually part of what makes this place work so well. You get all the perks of the Turkish Riviera without the crowds that pack into the main resort towns.

The hotel itself is one of those sprawling complexes that looks intimidating from the outside, but once you’re in, it actually feels more intimate than you’d think. The lobby has this cool marble thing going on – not flashy, just clean and impressive in that understated way that screams quality. Check-in was surprisingly smooth (I mean, we’ve all been there with the ultra all-inclusive places where you’re standing in line forever), and the staff actually seemed to know what they were doing. The premium ultra all-inclusive setup here is legit, by the way – I’m talking about restaurants where you don’t feel like you’re eating cafeteria food, bars that don’t water down their drinks, and honestly, service that doesn’t make you feel like you’re bothering people just by existing.

What really got me was how they’ve positioned everything. The beach access is direct – none of that shuttle nonsense – and the strip of coastline they’re on is genuinely beautiful. The Taurus Mountains create this dramatic backdrop that’s especially stunning around sunset, and the water stays pretty calm since you’re tucked into this protected bay area. The pools are spread out enough that you can find your vibe, whether that’s the main action hub or the quieter adult area toward the back. Parking’s free and easy if you’re driving (which I’d recommend for exploring the area), and you’re close enough to Kemer that a quick trip into town for shopping or a different dinner scene is totally doable. The food situation deserves a mention too – the main restaurant is solid, but the specialty restaurants are where things get interesting. The Turkish restaurant actually serves dishes that taste like they were made by someone’s grandmother, not a hotel kitchen. Rooms are spacious with decent balconies, though the ones facing the mountains are definitely worth requesting over the courtyard views. The 8.7 rating makes sense when you add it all up – it’s not perfect, but it’s the kind of place where the things that matter most (location, food quality, service attitude) are all firing on the right cylinders.

Nothing specially good, nothing specially bad, - it was a solid hotel, I mean, there are no reasons why to avoid visiting it but in the same time I cant say it was a unique or super nice expirience. We enjoyed our stay there and everything was fine in common, but we personnaly wouldnt visit it for the second time. It was worth its money though.

The kids club which works from early morning to late night is very convenient. We didn’t use it even for 30 percent of the time but at least we had a comfort knowing that we could leave the kid at each moment she wanted to play there. And in the afternoon they had some fun activities altogether next to the pools: playing pirates, water sports, etc. The hotel is highly recommended for families with kids.

First of all, we arrived at the hotel about 3 hours before check-in time. Although we did not make any special requests, they upgraded our reservation to a ready room with 2 higher features to avoid making us wait because we had a small child. We stayed during the eid-holiday period and in nearly 40 degrees celcius, but from the first moment to the last, we were always greeted with the smiling faces and helpfulness of the entire staff. All the employees are extremely attentive, they genuinely work tirelessly to ensure you have a happy holiday despite the intense heat and workload. The entire facility was spotless and very organized. We were truly amazed by the food; we had never encountered such consistent flavor and quality from breakfast to dinner, from the snack bar to the fruits, at any hotel we had stayed in before. Special thanks to Ms. Çağla from the reception, Mr. Fetih, Mr. Niyaz, and Mr. Ali, bellboy Uras, Mr. Doğukan, Mr. Alper, Ms. Dilara from the restaurant, all the snack bar and pool bar staff, and all the other hotel staff whose names we do not know for providing such high-quality and friendly service. Besides recommending it to everyone around us, we will definitely come again.
