Great staff, clean rooms.

What could be improved: The hot tub was very strong in chlorine and ruined the experience. Eye's were string because it's in a small room.

What could be improved: Ate breakfast in the restaurant first morning. Hot food had dried out hence was inedible. We did not eat there again!

What could be improved: Room was a bit dark for my liking. The first few days were a bit noisy due to a long weekend and loud American kids, but that’s not the fault of the hotel. Would have liked to have been informed prior to my booking that it was a busy long weekend and dinner reservations were a must. Perhaps the hotel could book in advance on behalf of the guest as they do in Japan.

Great location. Room, hot tub and saunas were clean and easily accessible. What could be improved: The elevator was broken for the 4 days we were there (mid-week) so every time it was a 57 stair hike down to the doorway to head outside. What could be improved: The elevator was broken for the 4 days we were there (mid-week) so every time it was a 57 stair hike down to the doorway to head outside. Not ideal with luggage and ski gear on. Staff could have been a bit more friendly in providing info about the resort instead of yes or no answers. There’s lots of international visitors and local recommendations go farther then the same info you can find on google. This is what sets experience ratings high.

What could be improved: Restaurants were not able to provide food at 8:50 pm when we were late arriving but we were directed to alternative restaurants - unfortunately hard to get a meal after 9pm on a Saturday in Sun Peaks resort

What could be improved: No bowls or spoons provided, staff in restaurant were nice about letting us borrow them each day as long as we returned them, but when the manager found out we were borrowing them she was quite rude and went to go tell the staff off which made me feel uncomfortable and really bad for the staff.
Hot tub was lukewarm and way too much chlorine - was burning my eyes every night.
