Parking was straightforward (which, let’s be honest, matters more than we’d like to admit), and the whole check-in process felt refreshingly human. No corporate script reading or upselling attempts.

What I keep coming back to is how this place gets the rhythm of a proper seaside break. Plus, you’re close enough to Rye (honestly one of the most underrated spots in East Sussex) for proper pub meals and that gorgeous medieval town center. I’d go back in a heartbeat, especially during those quieter shoulder season months when you can have the beach practically to yourself.
