Beautiful nature setting, wonderful Glamping experience.
Yasmin from Australia (March 24, 2025)
We stayed overnight in a glamping tent. The staff at reception and the kiosk were so friendly and the welcome hamper was amazing! It was quiet, the rooms are clean and relaxing but the location is close enough to everything if you want to explore by car. And if that was not enough, they rescue Koala's.... they are amazing humans. Highly recommend!!
Thomas from United Arab Emirates (March 23, 2025)
It’s amazingly located, very quiet and the staff is outstanding. The bungalows are perfectly equipped, modern with easy and comfortable access. Our highest appreciation for their commitment and passion to take care about these wonderful animals.

Lots! Staff were lovely, glamping tent was personalised, fun, clean and well appointed. Pool was great. Entry to see the koalas, including private tour, was excellent and informative. Highly recommend!
What could be improved: Gravel path from parking made luggage transfer a bit awkward.
Sharnae from Australia (March 16, 2025)
Quiet location stayed in 403. Updated unit. Soft bed. Fluffy towels. Air con was great. It's a bit of a step to get into the bath to have a shower but handrails provided.
What could be improved: Room service said they did our room when they didn't but reception staff was amazing and gave us fresh towels and our breakfast for the next day.
Lauren from Australia (March 10, 2025)
Well organised, clear insteuctions, clean space and great facilities included in the accommodation.
What could be improved: Nothing that I can think of - there were no aspects we did not like.

Elizabeth from United States (March 5, 2025)
The staff was so kind and informative. The koalas are adorable. The work the sanctuary does is amazing and the presentations are terrific. The design of the whole sanctuary is inspiring and thoughtful. I would definitely stay in one of the many glamping tents. They are way more charming and centrally located than the motel-like apartments which...
Maarten from Netherlands (March 1, 2025)
Nice staff, clean bungalows and cute koalas. Great pool.
What could be improved: There are no dinner options closeby.
