Fantasy Island’s literally a few minutes away if you’re into that sort of thing, and the beach access is brilliant once you know the local paths (definitely ask Kerry about the best routes). The caravan park itself is well-maintained without being sterile – kids can actually play outside without you panicking every five minutes, and there’s proper parking right by your door, which honestly makes such a difference when you’re lugging holiday gear around. What surprised me most was how quiet it gets in the evenings – you’d think being so close to all the Skegness action would mean constant noise, but the way the site’s laid out creates these little pockets of peace. That 9.3 rating isn’t just holiday optimism talking – it’s the kind of place that makes you start planning your next visit before you’ve even packed to leave the first time.
