Firecrest Cove gets this balance perfectly. Morning coffee on their terrace while watching the sea change colors – well, it’s the kind of moment that makes you understand why people write cheesy travel blogs. The whole Thornwick Bay area is stunning for walks, especially if you time it right with the tides. I’d honestly come back just for another few days of that routine: good coffee, dramatic cliffs, zero pressure to be anywhere else. It’s not the cheapest option around, but sometimes you want to stay somewhere that feels like a discovery rather than just a place to sleep.
