The pools were amazing. We did not expect the outdoor one to be open much less heated! It truly made our stay all the better. My two kiddos love swimming more than anything and being able to do so under the mountains and while it snowed was in their words, epic.
Stephen from Canada (7 April 2025)
What could be improved: Water was cold. TV did not work. Bed was squeaky!
Chad from Canada (31 March 2025)
The Staff were excellent. All very friendly and great service. We even asked if we could view one of the 2 bedroom suites for a future stay and they were able to show us. It was an excellent weekend.
What could be improved: The only issue is that the headboard of the bed in 208B could be tightened but other than that it was a great weekend!

The pools were great and nicely heated, the rooms were really nice and spacious
What could be improved: The Wi-Fi was spotty and didn’t work at times

We rented a 2 BDRM suite and last time we had all necessary utensils for cooking. This time there wasn't a peeler or grater. Just something we...

Good conditions , very spacious
What could be improved: The heating system is very noisy. It’s so loud at night that I couldn’t sleep
Geraldine from Canada (24 January 2025)
Love the suits loads of room and huge fridge and freezer which was great especially as we are a family of four. Both the children loved the indoor and outdoor pools we went twice a day! What could be improved: The bedroom patio door seemed like there was a draft coming in which wasn’t great as our baby was in the room in her crib. We did tell the...
