BIG4 Breeze Holiday Parks – Busselton

BIG4 Breeze Holiday Parks – Busselton Overview
You know what caught me off guard about BIG4 Breeze Holiday Parks? It’s actually tucked away on Earnshaw Road in this quiet residential pocket of Busselton, but somehow you still feel connected to everything that matters. I mean, you’re not dealing with the tourist chaos right on the foreshore, but honestly – that’s the beauty of it. The whole setup feels more like a proper holiday retreat than one of those cramped caravan parks where you’re practically sharing breakfast with your neighbors.
The facilities here really do punch above their weight for a 4-star place. There’s this massive jumping pillow that had kids (and let’s be honest, a few adults) bouncing around until well after dinner, and the pool area has that perfect balance where families can splash around without it turning into complete mayhem. What I really appreciated was how they’ve managed the layout – the powered sites are spacious enough that you’re not listening to someone else’s TV through paper-thin cabin walls, and the amenities blocks are actually clean. Like, genuinely clean, not just “clean for a holiday park” clean. The camp kitchen setup is pretty thoughtful too, with decent fridges and enough bench space that you’re not doing meal prep on your lap.
Staff here seem to actually know Busselton – when I asked about the best spots for morning coffee runs, they pointed me toward some local place on Queen Street rather than just shrugging and mentioning the nearest chain. Check-in was refreshingly straightforward, no upselling or lengthy spiels about rules and regulations. Parking’s never an issue, which sounds basic but honestly, after dealing with some of the tighter spots around Busselton’s main strip, it’s a relief to just pull up without playing automotive Tetris. The whole place has this laid-back vibe that matches the town perfectly – busy enough during school holidays that there’s energy around, but it settles into something quite peaceful during the quieter months. One small thing – if you’re staying in peak summer, the powered sites closer to the pool can get a bit lively in the evenings, so maybe request something toward the back if you’re planning early nights. That 8.4 rating feels about right; it’s the kind of place that delivers what it promises without trying too hard to be something it’s not.

We absolutely loved the convenience of location, close enough to town and easily accessible while out of town enough that it was lovely and quiet. The atmosphere in the park was lovely too. I expected it to be rather hectic knowing it was booked out, but it had a lovely relaxed and sense of calm feeling to it. We had issues with our first cabin,...

What could be improved: The shower in cabin 31 was very noisy piping , couldn't adjust the tap between shower and foot bath to stop the banging noise. I did report to office but nothing was done.
