The caravan itself is honestly better than I expected for a 6-berth setup. I mean, it’s not going to win any interior design awards, but everything works properly (the shower actually has decent pressure, which is more than I can say for some “proper” hotels I’ve stayed in), and there’s enough space that you’re not constantly bumping into each other. The beds are comfortable enough – well, the main bedroom is anyway, and the kids didn’t complain about the bunks.

What really makes this place work is the park itself and where it sits. You’ve got direct access to the beach, which is brilliant if you’re traveling with little ones because they can just run straight onto the sand without you having to pack up half the house and trek miles. The beach here is actually quieter than the main Yarmouth stretch – locals tend to head further down toward the Pleasure Beach area, so you get a bit more space to spread out. There’s a decent playground on site, and the facilities are kept pretty clean, which honestly matters more than you’d think when you’re sharing washing-up areas with other families. The staff are genuinely helpful too – not just going through the motions, but actually seem to care that you’re having a good time. I had an issue with the gas one evening and someone came over within ten minutes to sort it out.

The location is actually pretty clever when you think about it. You’re about a fifteen-minute walk from Belton’s little row of shops if you need basics, and it’s an easy drive (or bus ride if you can’t be bothered) into Great Yarmouth proper when you want the full seaside experience – the Golden Mile, all that. But then you can come back to somewhere that feels more like a proper holiday rather than just being stuck in the middle of all the noise and crowds. Parking’s never an issue, which is a blessing if you’ve ever tried to find a spot in Yarmouth during peak season. The whole setup just works really well for families, or honestly anyone who wants a no-fuss seaside break without paying hotel prices. It’s not luxury, but it’s comfortable, practical, and in a spot that gives you the best of both worlds – peace when you want it, action when you don’t.
